How does your aerial bar catering work?

Our aerial bar service brings high-flying flair to your event — literally. Using a portable rig (12'x12', perfect for ceilings 17'+) or our compact lollipop stage (for ceilings 11'+), we serve handcrafted elixirs or cocktails while suspended in the air. Our setup is designed for safety and ease, with padded rig feet and safety wires to protect your venue — no ceiling rigging required.

Whether you want a full bar with mixologists and bussers, or a visual showpiece with aerial pours only, we tailor the experience to your event’s vibe. Expect custom costuming, atmospheric lighting, and drinks crafted to match your theme — dry or boozy, always beautiful.

How much does it cost?

Our experiences are as custom as the events themselves — no two are alike! Pricing depends on a few key elements: guest count, venue, duration, and which services you’d like to include. We offer curated packages ranging from aerial bartending to full immersive productions, wellness activations, and more.
