How does your aerial bar catering work?
At our events, we create an unforgettable atmosphere tailored to your theme and preferences. Our portable aerial rig, which occupies just a 12'x12' space, is perfect for outdoor locations, or venues with ceilings 17' or higher, allowing for captivating aerial performances. With safety wires and padded feet, our aerial rig ensures no damage will be done to venue ceilings or floors. For smaller spaces, we also offer our lollipop stage, designed to fit areas 11' or higher, ensuring everyone can enjoy the magic. Our team of aerialists takes great pride in enhancing your event with stunning costume designs, atmospheric lighting, and specially crafted libations that complement the overall experience.
We provide everything needed for a complete bar setup, ensuring your event runs smoothly and efficiently. From elegant tables and attentive staff to high-quality linens and additional essentials, we cover all bases. Our experienced crew is adept at managing events of any size, whether it’s an intimate gathering of 20 guests or a grand occasion in a large stadium, with thousands of attendees. No detail is too small, and we cater to all your event needs, including entertainment and comprehensive bar staffing. How much does it cost?
Our pricing varies depending on the size of the event, guest count, and how many of our services you wish to include. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. We are always excited to bring on new talent! The best way to get involved is to volunteer for one of our upcoming events!
